Yahoo has changed the playoff tiebreaker for this season. Here is the new tiebreaker from the Yahoo rule book:
Last year, the tiebreaker was ERA, then batting average, then WHIP in the current matchup (not Playoff seed like I announced... lucky for me, no one tied).
The regular season tiebreaker remains the same:
In the event that a playoff game ends in a tie, the deadlock will be broken using the following system:
1. Winning percentage against this opponent during the regular season.
2. Playoff seed.

If, at the end of the regular season, two or more teams in a Head-to-Head League finish tied in the standings (based on a Games Behind calculation), the following system will be used to break the tie and determine playoff seedings:
1. Overall winning percentage.
2. Highest winning percentage in Week 23.
3. Highest winning percentage in Week 22.
4. Highest winning percentage in Week 21.
5. Highest winning percentage in Week 20.
6. Highest winning percentage in Week 19.
