The Rise of Wang has announced that they will be keeping new Phillies' ace Roy 'Doc' Halladay. Halladay, the 2003 AL Cy Young winner, comes to the lesser league this year and no longer has to play the Yankees, Rays, and Red Sox 18 times per year. He has lead all of baseball in complete games 4 of the last 5 years. Halladay was selected over Matt Capps and Zach Duke.
