This picture tells the story. It's the last week of the season and every manager is still active. Also, the only team that hasn't made 40+ roster moves is the first place team. Everyone was active all year and the playoff race was (is) competitive until the end.
Interesting to note... if the Fellows hold on to that last playoff spot, the Dynasty will be the only returning playoff team. All three money winners from last year will miss the playoffs this year.
