My name is Miguel and I'm an alc.... er... I'm Brian's Fellows' keeper!
That's right, Brian's Fellows have decided that like the Detroit Tigers, they will stand by their man after his little run in with the Florida State Police. Last spring training, Cabrera said he didn't drink anymore after coming home drunk and tuning up his wife on the morning of one of the biggest games of the season in 2009. Last week, a state trooper witnessed first hand that Cabrera was back on the booze as a drunken Cabrera took a swig of scotch right in front of the deputy. Cabrera's terrific 2010 season was often attributed to the fact that he was sober. Will his relapse affect his 2011 numbers? One positive for the Fellows to take out of this situation is that this isn't the NFL- Miggy will not be suspended.
Meanwhile, this is how Brian Fellows reacted to the news that Chase Utley was no longer going to be on his team. Could this lead to our first team name change of the year?
