Today marks the debut of one of the greatest baseball prospects the world has ever seen. 43 year old Mike Stanton is going to try his hand at hitting today for the Florida Marlins after several years as a middle-of-the-road journeyman left hander. Stanton looks to help the Florida Marlins struggling offense this year with his lightning fast bat and unprecedented physique (see picture).
i'll tell ya what, tim. i've seen this guy hit. man oh man, he looks like a completely different player. it's truly remarkable what he has done.
